At Radiance Jewels, we are committed to delivering your jewelry with the highest level of care and security. To ensure your purchase arrives safely, we partner with industry leaders to provide fast, insured, and reliable shipping.
Processing & Production Time
- In-Stock Items: Most standard items are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
- Custom & Made-to-Order: Items requiring sizing, engraving, or custom mounting may take 5–10 business days for production before shipping.
- Cut-off Times: Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will begin processing the following business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery
We use premium carriers (FedEx/UPS) to ensure the security of your jewelry. Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
- Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: 2-Day Air.
- Overnight Shipping: Next-day delivery (available for in-stock items ordered before the cut-off).
Shipping Rates
- Orders over $500: Complimentary Insured Standard Shipping.
- Orders under $500: Calculated at checkout based on your location and selected speed.
Signature Requirement & Insurance
For your protection, all orders over $250 require an adult signature upon delivery. > Note: Our shipments are fully insured until the moment they are signed for. We recommend tracking your package closely and ensuring someone is available to receive it.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can monitor your package's progress directly on the carrier’s website.
Lost or Damaged Packages
In the rare event that your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at rj-support@radiance-jewels.com within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery date so we can initiate an insurance claim with the carrier. Please retain all original packaging materials for inspection.
