Radiance Jewels Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. However, due to the high-value nature of fine jewelry, our return windows are strictly enforced to ensure items can be safely returned to our manufacturing partners.


1. Return Windows

To qualify for a refund, you must initiate your return within the following timeframes from the date of delivery:

  • Certified Diamonds & High-Value Gems: 2 Days

  • Finished Jewelry & Precious Metals: 7 Days

  • Tools, Supplies, and All Other Items: 14 Days

Why the short window? Our high-end gemstones and diamonds are subject to a 10-day manufacturer return window that begins the moment they leave the facility. This timeline ensures we can inspect your return and send it back before that window expires.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom Designs: Any item created through our "Design Your Own" or CAD/CAM services.

  • Personalized Items: Any jewelry that has been engraved, laser-inscribed, or altered (e.g., ring resizing) at your request.

  • Special Orders: Items marked as "Made to Order" or specifically procured for you.

  • Used Goods: Any item showing signs of wear, including scratched metals or tools that have been used.


3. Resizing & Alterations

  • We do not offer free resizing at this time. Because many of our pieces are custom-manufactured or involve intricate settings, we recommend being professionally sized before ordering. If you need a resize, please rj-support@radiance-jewels.com for a labor and shipping quote.

  • While you may take your jewelry to a local professional, please be aware that any third-party alterations (including resizing or repairs) will void your Radiance Jewels Return Policy and any associated warranties.

  • Contemporary metals like Tungsten and Titanium cannot be traditionally resized. For these materials, we offer a size exchange program for a small processing fee, provided the ring has not been engraved.

4. Return Conditions & Fees

To receive a full refund (minus original shipping costs), your return must meet these criteria:

  • Original Packaging: Items must be in their original condition and include all original packaging, including specific bags, security tags, and boxes.

  • Missing Packaging Fee: A $15 service fee will be deducted if items are returned without their original manufacturer packaging.

  • Restocking Fee: Returns initiated after the windows listed above, but within 30 days, may be accepted at our discretion but will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.


5. How to Return

  1. Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  2. Secure Packaging: We highly recommend double-boxing your return.

  3. Shipping & Insurance: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For your security, we recommend using our insured prepaid return label service for a flat fee of $25, which will be deducted from your final refund. If you choose to ship the item yourself, the package must be fully insured for the retail value; Radiance Jewels is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

  4. Inspection: Once received, our team will inspect the item. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days of receipt.
